screen saver

I would like to save the screen in a file (jpeg, tiff, etc) not print it......any ideas?

Hey.. Just use "CTRL PrintScreen" ..press them at same time.. (PrintScreen is next to your F12 key). then paste the image into a PowerPoint Slide. THEN you can save THAT PowerPoint file as other formats (jpg, bmp, etc).. just do a "save as" in the program and choose your file type...

ALT PrintScreen just copies the active window to clipboard, etc.

Hit the print screen button. (This wont print dont worry) Then open up your favorite program to edit pictures (Yay MS paint!) then hit "ctrl" + "v" at the same time. Your entire screen will be pasted onto your screen. : ) Then you can save it as any format you want to. (Jpeg, bmp, gif, png...)
