screen res

Aug 23, 2007 9:43AM PDT

when i am on my user account on my Windows Media Center Desktop, i like the screen res to be at 1280 by 960. so i can fit a lot on the screen. but my parents are different and prefer 1024 by 768. is there a way to keep their account at the 1024 by 768 and mine at the 1280 by 960 so i do not have to login to my account and change the res before i start working and after i am done working??

Thanks

Windows can't do this, and I don't know that there is any third party software to make it possible either.

Try

creating a second hardware profile and set the res accordingly. Then at startup, you can select yours and they can select the other.
