Screen Capture (Record) Software

by crewpilot / March 13, 2007 5:08 AM PDT

I am looking for a good program to record on-screen activity. Not in the sense of spying, but to record my screen for a period to replay later in order to instruct people how to do something certain tasks in pieces of software we use.

A free program would, of course, be great, but I am looking for quality recording, not cheap, so it doesn;t have to be a free one. The other person being able to clearly see what is happening is most important.

Any recommendations?

FRAPS is widely used by many. There are far too many screen recorders out there for me to list. Try download.com and it's search.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
