screen blank

i already built a new pc..when i turn it on,nothing's happen in my screen.i also cannot turn it off,i have to turn it off using the switch in psu..so..what's the prob?

What kind of PC did you build? Operating system? Motherboard/Processor type/RAM/Power supply info/monitor type, plus any other information you can think of.. What have you tried in order to fix the issue? Swapped in another monitor? Did you install all the drivers after installing the operating system?

this is my spec

i built a normal pc..i'm using pentium D 930,gigabyte ds3 3.3,nx7600gt,maxtor 80gig sata, xilence 600watt,1 gig RAM corsair 667,
there's no prob with my monitor becouse i already test the monitor with my laptop.
i made a double check to all my cable n wire...the prob is still same..i try to use only power sw without reset sw,i still can't turn it off in normal way..

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
