You don't understand schtask is a command line task scheduler like the at command. Open the "Scheduled Tasks" window. Go to the menu item "Help" select "Help and Support Center". From there double click "Schedule Tasks" (it has a little CLOSED book graphic next to it). From there double click "Scheduled Tasks and the At command". Click "related topics" highlighted in blue down at the bottom of the window, select "At". Go down the the bottom of the next window, click "related topics" again, select "Schtasks". According to the documentation it's a very powerful command line task scheduler. Much more powerful than the "at" command.
