Scary, scary, scary.............

by Mac McMullen / October 26, 2008 2:46 AM PDT

I care not your choice of candidate, or to which party you hold allegiance, this item from the news I find absolutely scary.........any thought, regardless of how obscure, of the UN having more influence than it already has in the political scene within the USA is freightening.

UNITED NATIONS -- There are no "Obama 2008" buttons, banners or T-shirts visible here at UN headquarters, but it might be difficult to find a sliver of territory in the United States more enthusiastic over the prospect of the Illinois senator winning the White House.

but disheartening nonetheless.

They don't all like us you know. Many of them dislike us intensely.

They would love to see us diminished as much as possible.

And they may get their wish. Sigh.

Obama's promished to shovel a boatload of money their way. Of course they want him.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
