Get back to Epson to see if they have a fix and if not, consider it to be a bug and decide to keep or return.

I have a new Epson V550 and using the supplied negative locator plate I get great quality scans. The problem is the thumbnails are three for a two negative strip. Somehow the two negatives are divided into three images. Part of one image on the first TN... parts of each on the second one and parts of the second on the third TN. I have tried everything I can think of in settings... any suggestions?
