Have a UN55C7000 that only shows it is 1080I and 60 hz how do I get it to 1080P and 240 hz?

You will never see the 240 on the screen show up as the display is showing the input rate. The panel rate has no reason to show as that's hardware and unchanging.

Now about 1080i. In your new post tell what the source is. Many sat boxes only send 1080i.
