scanner program with automatic numbering - and simple

Jul 4, 2010 3:44AM PDT

Hi,

I'm on windows XP and I have a Samsung scx-4200 scanner.

I am a teacher and I am trying to scan multiple documents. I need a program where I can just tell it the folder and it will automatically number the jpegs for each scan.

I know I have had a program like this in the past but can't remember the name. I have spent 4 hours looking at different document scanning programs and can't find anything which will just get on with it.

Any advice gratefully received.

A friend recommended Documalis but when I installed it, it seemed to install fine but doesn't actually open.

Many thanks

Ask them if it does that at http://www.hamrick.com/

There are not a lot of replacement scanner software. But this seems to have a lot of scanners in the database. Be sure to try the trial.
