Scanner from Printer MP140 doesn't work!

My Canon printer ( Module Canon Pixma MP140 ) it's seem nice. But, sadly scanner doenst work! This module designed to working for 3 + 1. Copier + Print + Scanner. Both of it's are working fine. But Scanner doesn't.

This message appeare when i want to scan:
Cannot communicate with scanner.
Cable may be disconnected or scanner may be turn off. Check status.
Scanner driver will be close.
Code: 2,155,0

That it! But the same time, Copier and Print are work fine! So, there is nothing wrong with cable or other status. The book Quick Start Guide not helping. What i suppost to do? Returning to shop? I just buy it two day with my cash. Hah!

What must and must and must i do?

You have do all these things Once.

1 connect the USB cable directly to a USB port on the computer.
2 Disconnect an reconnect the USB cable to ensure a secure connection.
3 Disconnect other device and reboot the system.
4 Press the ON/ OFF button to power on the multifunction device.
and Last
5 Uninstall and reinstall the MP140 Drivers ( Windows )
