Resolved Question

Scanner Drivers in OSX?

Sep 15, 2011 5:59AM PDT

Hi everyone,
I have an HP Photosmart premium printer which includes a scanner/copier. I haven't been able to use it with my mac, however, because it seems that HP hasn't released a scanner driver compatible with Lion yet. Is there any way I can get the scanner to work?<div>
Thanks,
Nate

Thanks P,
Going through Preview worked. I'll use that until HP releases new drivers.

If HP hasn't released any drivers

If HP hasn't released any drivers, then no. You're SOL until they do, or someone reverse engineers the printer and provides an alternate set.
