sc-hmx10 slow playback

need help i have a samsung sc-hmx10 hd 720p camcorder. when i watch the videos on my computer they play in slowmotion and i cannot figure out why. my computer should slice right through the video. any body else have this problem or know what to do to fix it

Vista ultimat 64 bit
AMD phenom 9600 BE
Biostar T-series 790gx motherboard
g-skill 4 gig 800 ram
visiontek hd 4870
antec earthwatts ea 650watts
seagate 320g 7200rpm hard drive
LG dvd drive
i also use powerdriector ultimate and it still plays a little slow

Is this the editing portion where the video plays slow? Or is it the final playback using a specific video codec?

it plays the slowest in windows media player thats just the raw video copeid form the camera to the hard drive. also when it plays directly from the camera to the computer it does the same thing. powerdirector does the same but not as bad as wmp. im using the latest k-lite video codec. this prolbem is with the raw video, right now. havent edited anything yet because of this

i played a video file from my budies jvc 1080i camcorder and my computer played it with no flaws at all.

this is happening on my samsung syncmaster 730b i have tried on my 42 dell 1080p same thing happpens
