sbs 2003 FTP login

We have setup FTP for our clients on a sbs 2003 server. Is there a way I can change there login screen to put a message up to them when they login.

FTP login welcome message Create a text file named "welcome.msg", place the message you want displayed when you login to the ftp server in this file. Place this file in your /htdocs directory of your web account. This message will be diplayed by your FTP client the next time you login if your FTP software supports this feature.

FTP directory message Create a text file named ".message", place the message you want displayed when you change directories in this file. Place this file in the specific directory you want the message to appear. The next time you change directories with your FTP client this message will be displayed when you enter the directory if you FTP software supports this feature.
