SBC yahoo will not launch

My SBC browser will not lauch. I click on the SBC yahoo dsl icon and the browser will come up but then pops up with an error message saying "Yahoo browser has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience." If i click SEND ERROR REPORT, the browser launches again but pops up with the same message. If i click DONT SEND, the browser is closed. I've had SBC for a long time and have never had this problem until now.
