Question

SAW ME COMIN A MILE AWAT

May 9, 2017 4:49PM PDT

I purchased a new cell phone from a store in my town. Unfortunately to my my crappy luck the phone will not let me sign in . it says please sign in with the google account that was previously used on this device , which tells me the phone is in fact a used phone. i guess i am not the only one that has had an issue with this particular store because someone was always there trying to get their money back . i wish i had paid more attention , i was just excited i guess. thast and the fact that i should not have had to worry about if the phone was new . being that Metro PCS is not an off the beaten path cell phone company. only the person who sold the phones was from some foreign country trying to get something for nothing. we are the land of the free , but give me a break. that goes way above and beyond the kind of FREE that phrase represents. anyway thee phone is a ALcatel pixie . i have no way touse it without getting me through the bsign in process .

after all i purchased a brand knew phone . Well at least i thought i was ,i appreciate your feedback , but i think that is common sense. to try to take the phone back i mean . don't you think that is the first thing i did . Easier Said , than done. Ilike to think i am as smart or smarter than the average bear , which is why i am kicking myself in the behind. Your suggestion has already been attempted more than 6 times . the man does not work there anymore. as a matter of fact the store has a whole new name and it doesn't include the sale of any cell phone devices or service. if you ask me i think the guy was just the powner that knew how to activate a new device (as if we do not ,Right?) anyway i believe he just had a connection with a big cell phone shipment of stolen phones and took it upon himself to activate the phones through metro pcs. because he knew how to activate them . im watched him for a few days after i purchased the phone and could not sign in . when people would bring their devices back in for various reasons , he would offer them a different phone charge them double , but the people think they are walking away with a deal . just like i thought i was walking away with a deal. goes back to that old phrase "IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE , THAN GUESS WHAT ? IT IS THEN ,"TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE" There should be some kind of dialer service code to release the phone of all google account info or something. there has gotr to be a way to take a stupid account off of an android. if someone can break into an apple ipad with retna security than there has got to be a way to bypass this stupid account. i paid for the dang thing ans someone didn't want it for whatever reason, maybe he got got too. not maybe, but probably. like i said he sees suckers like me coming from a mile away

Lack of paragraphs did it.

Too tough to read. Try paragraphs and if you tried and they have changed ownership then you have your work cut out for you.

Try the carrier next and gather your documents and head to small claims court.

Here, unlocked good smart phones run under 99 bucks (see Amazon's best sellers of unlocked phones) so it's not like you need to spend hundreds to get a smart phone.
