Saving starter document in multiple folders

I need to save a starter word document in every employee's folder. I was wondering if this is something I can do at once vs saving it manually in each folder?

Make it a template and put it in the shared template folder. That's what it is for, assuming you're talking about MS Word.

Yes MS Word. I am looking for a batch command or something that can put the word document in over 200 pre-existing folders. I.E. all subfolders of C:folders get this document.
