Saving/Sharing Categories in Outlook

I am trying to save and share categories that I have created in Outlook. Our desktop support guy moved my computer and wiped out my Outlook. I want to back-up my categories for re-import and to be able to share my categories with others on my team. Any help/ideas would be appreciated.
