Saving Radio Broadcasts to Disk

How can I save to disk Internet radio broadcasts - both music and voice - or, for that matter, any sound I play through my computer. I sometimes listen to radio talks and music through Radio@Netscape, Windows Media Player, etc. and I would like to save the odd piece. Thank you for your help. David Tor

This is not exactly what you are looking for, however it does give you the ability to record live radio, something to look at if you have some fav talk shows on your local , Sat or cable radio band.
