- Open the first chapter in your normal word processor (you didn't write which one).
- Add the second chapter. Most word processors have a something like a "insert text from file" command. If not, do it via copy/paste.
- And so on alll other chapters.
- Save as ... to save the whole book.

Using "Works," I have been writing a book and saving each individual chapter in "docs," but I want to start a file and first, send the chapters I've done into it and then as I complete each chapter send it to the same file, so that when I am done, I have the whole book in one place. Should have some sort of FREE software that does this specifically??
My OS is VISTA, and I have lots of free space on my C drive
