Saving game profile

Good morning to all,long time since my last post.
Need your help again if you would not mind.
My son has been told that he should save his game profile for CoD WaW so could you please help if you can by explaining in easy terms
how we can do this.We are not computer literate.

Check the game's website for instructions. It'll probably be in the FAQ section. This sort of thing is different for every game, so it's difficult to give specific answers.
