Saving A Web Page

Dec 3, 2004 6:48AM PST

The odd time when I try to "save" a web page I get the "error" message "this web page could not be saved to the selected locoation". The "download" status shows partially completed, the the "error" message pops up,and it stops downloading.OS W98SE IE6.0SP1 I have pasted the "url"below. To me it seems to relate to "sites" that don't want you downloading articles from their site.

Sorry about that,it was to "my documents",and then for the heck of it I tried saving it to the "desktop" same results.I should also mention I tried "saving" it in both "Web Page complete" and "Web Archive, single".

I tried to download/save the site in your link and had no trouble. I wish I had answer for you. Perhaps someone else will be of more help.
