Saving a screenshot from web page..............

Hi,
I basically want to save a screen shot from a web site. It consists of 3 frames if that is any help, but I just want to save a picture of that whole page.
How do I go about it?
Dunno if there is an icon in the tools section but I haven't got one on my toolbar.

I tap the Alt-Printscreen to nab just the web screenshot, paste it in a graphics program, crop it and save it.
