SATA SSD yellow triangle

Above my SATA SSD it says current status and has a yellow triangle, it says data is at risk and I do not know how to fix, my computer has been running really slow and has been crash dumping a lot and I need to know if this is the reason why please help.

It's not clear on what screen it says something above what.

You don't fix a HDD or an SSD, you buy a new one and see if you can clone the contents of the old one to it. If it's already damaged too much that cloning won't work, and you have to restore the contents from your backup.

I'm losing count of folks that lose it all when a drive fails. You have a warning up so is your backup current? Are you ready?
