I would also like to know the answer to this.
At the moment I am setting up two SATA drive in RAID 0 and will try added my two IDE drives once I have a new install of XP running.
Couldn't you trick the system by putting the IDE HD on the 2nd IDE channel where you would normally have your DVD or CD-ROMs on and do it that way..
If I can't, then I'm in a muddle as I need over 100GB of unedited digital video footage on my new SATA drives.
I do have a second PC and if I could figure something out I'll post back.
I got the new motherboard that support the SATA and IDE ATA hard disk. My problem is when I boot up the SATA hard disk as primary but the IDE ATA hard disk as slave is not detected by BIOS. Can the SATA hard disk and IDE ATA hard disk support(runnable) concurrently?
