I recently posted about this laptop with a different problem.Since that has been fixed I now discover that non of the USB ports work.I like to use a mouse but cannot get one to work.I have tried a wired and wireless mouse to no avail. They all work on my PC and my wifes' laptop but wont work on this one.I have tried updating drivers but dont know if it updated or not.Anything I plug into the ports do not work You do not get a recognition sound from the computer when you plug it in.Any suggestions
(The last problem was a bios password problem which is still on the board
Thank
Pat.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
