Sasmung S7 Edge Worst Support

Hey friends;

I bough an Samsung S7 Edge 2 months ago, as Samsung is offering 24 month warranty to the customer , my mobile is now getting lines on the screen had discussion with the team they are not supporting me , Currently I am in Pakistan and they are saying that the Item is purchased from Samsung UK , You have to come to UK to get it repaired , I bought from online store and it was delivered to me in Saudia and Now I am moved to Pakistan now they are not helping .

I suggest you don't try to buy now products from Samsung as they are not offering quality product now

Did you check the shop you bought it gave you international warranty before you bought it? If so, show the team you've been talking with proof of that.
If necessary, first ask the shop to confirm the international warranty via mail.

Warranty is 24 months I used 2 months

I bought through Amazon UK and they are saying contact with manufacturing company and they checked the warranty is remaining now the are saying come into UK and we will repair the phone .

It cost me 10000$ to go to UK to get my phone repaired

So even the shop says to come to the UK? That makes it even more likely international warranty wasn't included. But that should be in the papers that came with the phone and maybe in Amazon's terms of sale also.

Anyway, I don't think there's a need to go to the UK yourself. Sending it by mail might very well work also. In fact, it's kind of impossible to visit a webshop, so there must be another way they handle broken stuff and warranty claims.
With a big webshop here, I file my complaint via the web, they mail me a pdf with a return label, and I use that to send whatever I need to return to them. But I don't know how amazon.uk handles it.
