Sansui LED TV not proper sound output on full volme

Sep 15, 2015 5:26AM PDT

Hi expert,
This is Harsh Trivedi
From Surat, Gujarat.
I have just purchased Sansui 48 inch LED TV model SKQ48FHZFA . With Tata sky its running perfactly ok. And it also playes some video songs good with usb But whenever i play any movie from usb with any format like .mkv or .avi or .mp4 with high defination of 720p and 1080p from torrent site with extra ordinary quality.
I am not getting proper sound output even after putting volume on 100 which is full, though video is perfactly supported.
So what might be the problem. ?? Is it a problem of tv model which might have a sound codac problem or something else.
If i buy HD media player and use my USB from that will solve this problem or i should go with external speakers.
Sansui ppl just said there is nothing we can do.
I m looking for the solution from six months please mail me any solution
