Try going into the settings on the menu, scroll down to USB, and set it to MSC before plugging it in. This should allow you to access the device in My Computer. Also, this will allow you to update the firmware (if you haven't recently, there have been updates to the firmware that apply to the m200 series.) That is, it will automatically look for updates in MSC mode if you installed the Firmware Updater tool from the Sansa website.
