Sansa Express 2gb not recognised as Mass Storage Drive

Hi,

My Sandisk Express 2gb is not displayed as removable media in Windows

Explorer in Windows XP with SP2. Only way to load songs is by using

Windows Media Player. However, the same player is displayed perfectly

as removable drive in Windows Explorer in Windows 2000 Professional

with SP4. Cannot understand why? Pls. help. Thanks.
