Sansa E250 Podcast downloads and playing

Hey all!

I'm new to mp3 players, and I recently purchased a Sansa E250, which I am getting familiar with. After searching the forums, I still have not figured out hot to put podcasts on my Sansa. I have learned how to put music on it from a CD, etc. In addition to playing music, I also strongly want to listen to podcasts and books. I downloaded a podcast from a news site, but have not successfully been able to load it onto my e250, so that I could listen to it. I thought that it would simply be a file that I could copy to my mp3 player, as when I copy a song to it. Is there something in Windows media player that I need to do to get the podcast to copy? Thanks for your help, sure it's a simple procedure.
