Sansa Clip won't recognize drag and drop files

I want to use my Sansa Clip to transfer files from a CD that for some reason won't be read by my computer, but will be read by another computer. Is there a certain folder I need to put it in for my files to be recognized? My computer recognizes the Clip but won't recognize the files. Thanks for any help in advance.

Well, I also have sansa clip but no issues like this with it. i got it not long time ago. Maybe customer support http://go.shopsansa.com/Content/Support can help you with this. There's an email and phone# to call. Good luck!
