Talk about a one man crime wave in Sanford. Seemingly they just keep letting him out to do more crimes. I guess battering and robbing a 90 year old man in 2008, in the same public park where later in 2012 Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and others had their march wasn't enough.

Two years later, his life of crime continued. 2010

Seems he ended up on the lam in Jacksonville. 2013

Here's a listing of things in 2010 with mugshot. He's no sooner out of jail (notice release for 2012) than he's back to the life of crime.

This is just one example of what America (esp. Sanford) is suffering from every day. I'm beginning to wonder why we even have law enforcement when I see this sort of thing happening constantly. It sure is lacking effectiveness.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
