by Envirus / April 5, 2005 11:10 AM PDT

I have a 512 Micro Cruzer stick. I put music on it and stick it in the companion, the companion detects it but won't give me the option to play anything. Soes anyone know whats goin on?

Companion issues!

My companion plays but I have no menu options besides FF or REW, not even sure the shuffle is working. I did call Sandisk and they said there are issues with the companion. They had a fix but it didn't work. I like the concept of the companion but really wish they resolve the MP3 issues. Sorry!!

Companion Issues

I have the same concerns with the Companion, seems to need some more work by SanDisk to clean it up. First I placed all of my music in seperate folders with titles.-If you press in on the ff/Rew switch you will see 5 small icons. If you go to the third one (ff)you can select a folder. Problem is this is intermitent and doesn't always work. Plus none of this is in the user guide. Hmmm
