Sandisk m260 question

Apr 16, 2006 8:09AM PDT

Hi
I wanna ask 3 specific questions about this sandisk player:

1. Does it support folder organizing ? i.e. Can i put a group of related files inside a folder and then i can browse for folders on the player ?
2. Does it support m3u playlist format ?
3. What about the battery, does the battery door has 2 push the +ve terminal (i ask this question coz if the door is broken 4 whatever reason then the player is lost 4 ever coz u simply can't use batteries anymore)

Will appreciate yr kind feedback

resume or bookmak support ?
Apr 17, 2006 4:26AM PDT

Thx 4 answering but i have 2 more Questions:
1. Does it support a "resume" feature OR a "bookmark" feature OR both of 'em or NONE at all ?

2. If it does not support folder navigation which is OK 4 me, can the player still find audio files under folders and play them or i have 2 have all the audio files on the root of the player ???

3. Regarding my question 3 in my ex post, "umm" answered me that it needs push but checking the video review on CNET showed me that the back of the player where i have seen that the neither the +ve side of the battery nor the -ve has nothing 2 do with the battery cover so why this contradiction ?

Will appreciate more and more feedback plz.
P.S. Of course there's a big diff between resume and bookmark.

Resume means that i can listen 2 a certain file and then b4 it finishes, i can turn off the player and when i open it again, it will start playing from the point where i left it off

Bookmark is making a bookmark on the file at the point where i stopped listening and then i can hear any other files (e.g. some music files) and then when i return back 2 my original file, i can start playing from the bookmarked position.

Definetly the bookmark feature is more comprehensive and i like it more.
