Samsung YP T9J

Hey all

so, about a month ago, I got myself this mp3.
After three days my first one got bugged, not sure what it was, but it kept saying "Automatic Test", luckly enough, I got a new one.

So I here I am, with my new mp3.
Now I have another problem. When I plug in my mp3 player, the computer recognises it (new hardware found).
But I can use it, it says there are no files on it, but there are as I'm listening to them all the time.
It still charges and such, but I just can't put anything on it. Neither with the samsung media studio (5). I doesn't show any portable.
I'm pretty fed up at the moment.
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find an awnser (atleast not for my version, not sure if it's the same).

Anyway, please, what could I do?
I'm getting desperate, beginning to think I'm not ment to have a mp3.
