Samsung, you disappointed me. Defective Waterproof 1080p Camcorder, water got in. Called your customer service (off-shore) on 7/24, said I was still in warranty until 7/28. Said you'd be calling me or emailing me instruction on how to get my proof-of-purchase to you and instructions on shipping the camera back. Never got it. After several calls and communications, you finally got my proof of purchase...7 days later...but then tell me I am no longer in warranty because it is not over 7/28. Even though I called you back on 7/24. No more Samsung for me. A shame too because I just purchased two Samsung HDTVs and I'm tempted to return them.
