I purchased a washer and dryer Nov 2011. It took almost 3 months for me to finally receive the washer. When I finally rec'd it I didn't use it for about a month bc I had just washed all of my clothes and most of them had gone to the cleaners anyway. When I finally did use the washer it wouldn't spin my clothes dry. Weird, so I called to have them replace it and was told that it was past the 7 day time limit for a replacement so they would send a repair guy to look at it. Long story short I had to have repair guys to my house 4 separate times, I missed a half day of work each time then I finally got so angry that it had been almost 8 months and I still did not have a working washer. Finally Samsung agreed to give me a new washer and this piece of crap is even worse. Apparently the washer is just JUNK and not only do I have a huge piece of junk in my house that I cannot use, the the installer also broke my faucet bc it will only was with hot water and the cold was working perfectly fine before he arrived. My clothes are dirty and I'm tired of fighting with the inconsiderate Samsung people. It has been a year that I have been without a washer and I just don't know what to do now. To make it even worse, i still have 5 huge boxes in my garage filled with parts that the company refused to come pick up unless I take off yet another half day of work to wait for someone to pick them up. Forget just a washer, this is the last Samsung product I will EVER purchase. Such horrible customer service that it's just sad. And my clothes are still dirty.
