Samsung use false excuses to deny there own Manufacturer war

I purchased Samsung cooking range in September 2017, in June 2018, my smooth Glass Top cracked during normal cooking without any external impact or misuse. These crooks denying to honor warranty saying it cosmetic physical damage. I am explaining to them their is no external impact, and it is thermal damage due to faulty treated Glass, could not bear the temperature and cracked. Beware of Samsung Canada claims of best service. They are liars.
