Now let them fix it under the 1 year warranty or get your money back if they can't.
I bought my S7 in October. Feb 2017 I did the first update. At that time I noticed my notifications on my lock screen weren't coming through. I checked my settings & couldn't figure out where to even change that option. So I checked my friend's phone & come to find I don't even have that setting anymore on my phone. I've chatted with 2 Samsung reps who both remoted into my phone with no luck. I did the update today hoping it would fix this & still nothing. I talked to another rep who again remoted & said it's been removed from my phone. I said no sh*t, that's my point, I need it back. She said we can't go back after an update. I said ok then do whatever to get it on my phone. she stated I would have to wait for some type of update (I forget what she called it I was so irked) I asked when that came out. She stated there's no set time, it's whenever they do it. I said so I have a 6 month old phone that I'm paying $600 for and I don't have the features available to me that I should? It's *******t. These multi-million dollar companies don't give a hoot about the simple people or the simple things. I should get a brand new phone that DOES have all the features but who's going to approve that? I just switched providers.... went to Sprint, that's a whole other rant, worse provider ever. Customer service is more of a crock than ATT's! I will not be staying with sprint & I'm not so sure I'll be staying with Samsung anymore & that says a lot bc I really don't like iPhones!
