Sometimes they need a report "It's not working" to check into this. They should have you check for current firmware, date/time settings and if your network can deliver Netflix at the required 25 megabit speed. https://help.netflix.com/en/node/306 notes this but you'll want 2X that to be sure.
I've been trying to trigger HDR on my TV, and although a Samsung moderator on the Community.Samsung.com said I had HDR capability, I have not been able to turn it on. Here is what the moderator told me:
" It supports HDR. If you are watching something on Netflix it will switch automatically. If you want to watch something from an external device, you will want to turn on the option from the picture settings. "
Now, this moderator must know his stuff, but I am still waiting for a step by step instruction from the picture settings menu to accomplish this. I see nowhere a option to turn on HDR!!!
Please Help Me get this this turned on!
