Question

Samsung UN65EH6000 flickers

by uremol / April 30, 2014 9:53 AM PDT

I'm not sure how to explain this, and I've tried searching the forums. At least once a minute, the screen goes black with the sound staying on, and then the screen comes back on after 1-2 seconds. When the screen goes black, the top left corner display comes on and says 'No time Information' then when the screen comes back on it says 'no time information' and under than says 1920X1080X60. This only happens on HDMI mode, on cable mode it is normal

I've tried changing HDMI cords, and also tried updating to the latest firmware. Thank you very much to anyone that replies.

Hi uremol,

Does this occur with any device connected to that particular HDMI port?

Thank you, but that did not solve the issue, nor is that the issue I'm having. I appreciate the response though.
