As to the FaceBook issue, Samsung doesn't write that app so if you expect Sam to fix it, you'll be waiting a very long time.
Fix? Try one of those new PC on a sticks.
I have this model TV and bought it nov,2014. It has its bright themes, but the area of downfall, for me is the browser ! I like to use the browser to search news . I have found the times I connect to Fox news site , the videos that they offer will not load very fast and or not at all ,have to refresh . I have used the browser for FB and it is starting to act weird ! I have updated the software when it first offered the update, but it really caused problems and called Samsung and had it manually reset to original software.... I have full coverage on this TV but I'm thinking I need to have it replaced ?
