Question

Samsung UN60EH6000 Television: Dual Voltage?

May 14, 2015 6:50AM PDT

I have a UN60EH6000 Samsung Television and I've recently moved to Germany. Is the television dual voltage? The sticker in the back says that it is 120v/60hz. The port where you plug the power cable in says 5a/250v. I know a lot of modern electronics are dual voltage by default. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You supplied a partial model number. To save me looking it up, just supply the web link on samsung.com so we can check specs.

Nothing there suggests support for more than 110VAC.

I do see some other contact methods but here's the drill. If you don't see it in the docs, it's not supported and I've yet to see any maker give the OK for what's not in this area (power inputs outside of the documents.)

Yeah, wishful thinking I guess. Thanks for taking a look.
