Does this issue occur during the self diagnosis? If so then service will be required. I am providing a link explaining how to access the self diagnosis.
After just 2 short years with the "top of the line" Samsung TV I purchased for over $3K, the screen has decided to start ghosting and creating a shadow over the lower picture.changed after warm up of squeezing edge. I called customer service 11/2/13 issue # LTK1117901108818X and they said I'd need to have a tech look at it. She said, "since it's out of warranty" there would be a charge for this. But a quick Google search popped up many, many people experiencing this issue with the same TV purchased around the same timeframe. Please advise if you know why this is happening to my TV. And will Samsung stand behind it's products and fix them beyond a warranty? Thank you.
