Yeah, I'm also having some trouble with the exact same model.
I've gotten the 3D to work off of one of the Samsung online apps (Internet@TV/Samsung Apps)... I was able to watch the Shrek trailer in FULL 3D. But when I try watching the demo video of Monsters vs Aliens that came with the Samsung 3D glasses pack, the 3D is always messed up no matter what settings I try (other than the artificial 2D-3D option).
Something's not working right.
I bought the Samsung 3D led UN55C8000XF TV and the Samsung 3D bluray player and the glasses
My 3D wasn't working so I called tech support. And they said to hold up a camera phone next to my TV on the bottom left corner of my LED TV to see if there is a blue light that gets picked up by my camera phone. And I didn't see a blue flashing light so the representative said there is a defect in my TV and offered to have it serviced. Well my problem is, this is a new TV, and I shouldn't have to service it.
I want to return it and I am under the 30 day mark which is the return policy for HHgreg. Do you think they will hassle me tremendously for tryig to return it or refuse to return it? Keep in mind I will be returning the WHOLE 3D package, not just my TV.
My next question is, is anyone else having problems with 3D on their TVs? I mean is this a sensitive and easy to mess up component of the TV?
