Samsung UN55C8000 USB to Ethernet cable

I have a samsung UN55C8000 tv. I recently last my LAN to Ethernet cable while moving to a different house. I dont want to buy a new one since price is too high.

Can i buy any USB to Ethernet cable and plug it to my TV?
Will that works.

I asked the same in chat with Samsung technical support team but one of them said yes and other said no.

so confused.

Hi lavanreddy,

I have to go with Bob here on this one. Why would you want a USB to Ethernet converter? It sounds like you're wanting to do hardwired networking, so some Cat6 cable would be your best bet.

I think we're missing something, though. So fill us in with the details.
