SAMSUNG un55c8000 half screen and flashing issues

Hello everyone. Are any of you other SAMSUNG un55c8000 owners facing or have had an issue where the TV displays only half of the screen and the other half is dark. Also when you turn off the television it starts to flash? It doesn't happen all the time but does happen occasionally. I have made sure that all the connections are secure and also the television and components are connected to a power conditioner. Very frustrating as this TV is less than a few weeks old!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your TV.

I might suggest recommending calling Samsung customer service center at 800-SAMSUNG for further troubleshooting assistance. It may be necessary for a technician to come out and inspect your unit, and if that's the case, see if you can replicate the problem for him while he's there. That may assist him in finding a better diagnosis.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
