Samsung UN55B7100 info button bottom right display??

I cannot find in the manual or online what this display is showing. It has a little battery that shows half full, but what the battery is representing I do not know (remote or something with tv). It also has this meter that has "conventional tv" and "LED TV". If this is referring to the settings or what I'm not sure. My best guess is that it is showing the power consumption. Help please.
