I bought a contract on T-Mobile for 24 months and got Samsung Galaxy SIII with the contract in January, I started having problem with the Phone in May with the charging issues, I contacted with Samsung to get it repaired, sent my phone is second week of June to get it repaired, phone came back with in a week but the problem was remain plus there were additional problems with the phone that I couldn't use the mobile Internet data on the phone previously it was working fine but completely messed, and the biggest fault was it was crack at the edge. Informed Samsung same day with in the 10 Minutes of receiving the phone. they advised that they are contacting Service center to regarding this issue they came back to me and informed that service center advised that there was no crack when the device left the service center and asked me if the packaging was damage, I told them it was well pack and was not damage then they told me that I will have to make a claim directly with Courier Services, I Contacted with the Courier Service they advised me that I will have to contact with Samsung as they booked the device to be picked and send it back to you.
With all these information I contacted with Samsung again but they really made me frustrated that they can not do anything regarding this issue, I told them I am a depression patient and really feels to kill myself right now as I have left no choice left you guys are not helping and it's not even my fault but they did nothing and hangup the phone, I contacted them again explained everything again then they agreed to get the crack repair with no cost I sent my phone through the courier service which was arranged by them, after 3 days I contacted them to find out the update on my phone, they came back me and informed that they have lost the device...
called after 2 days, they found the device but have not looked the IMEI number if it's my device, advised to call back next day. Called next day but they still didn't check yet, advised to call in few hours, Called few hours later they confirmed it is my device and will get it by next week Monday.
Just called on Friday if they have dispatched the phone as I have to arrange someone to pick up my phone for me on my absence. they came back to me and told me the engineer couldn't locate any fault would you please tell us the faults again so we can start working on it dammmmmmmmmm... I told them everything again. He asked me to call between 3 and 4 same day to find out the update I rang them but there was no update.
Keep asking me to call in 10 min, 15 min,
I rang them again on Monday 08/07/2013 they are telling me different story now that my phone is actually lost and they are doing investigation on it.
The whole conversation was based on lie by Samsung Customer Services... I told them that I am a depression patient and I will take the legal actions against them.
I rang on complaint department, the only thing I hear again and again is there is nothing they can do about it...
they don't give any details for the external body to do complaint against them.
I has been very frustrating experience with Samsung I have borrowed a phone from someone else and have to return it back, but it is too much pain calling them again and again... and at the end they say they can not do anything regarding this.. I am a depression patient and can not tolerate all this going..
I want to know that, who should I speak or make a complaint against Samsung?
I have requested them to send me a deadlock letter but they are not even bother to reply
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
