Samsung UHD UN65JU7500 TV. No Apps!!!!

Is the NEW Samsung UHD TV UN65JU7500 too new to have all the bugs fixed on it? It took three days to get connected to the internet (wireless or Ethernet) and once it connected, NO APPS!!! UGH!! What happened? Did Samsung release a new TV before its time (again)? This is one fantastic looking image from blu rays, but sure would like to see the 4K movies on Netflix and Amazon. Also the USB does not work so I cannot play my UHD Video Pack from Samsung. Hoping Samsung does not leave us early adopters hanging again like they are known for with new products.

Samsung just released this model. Not sure if others sell it yet.
I contacted support but are clueless on what I am talking about.
I will keep trying support though. It is just so new of a set that the apps department hasn't struck any deal (I guess) with Amazon, Hulu, Vudu or Netflix yet. I am sure they are working on it as I type this.
My complaint is just a warning to other customers to beware that this set has some time needed to adjust to the market. Another reason I should have waited and kept my UN55F9000 UHD TV for now.

Same old, same old Samsung. Sad could be some excellent products if they obtained better firmware programmers or open source.

Now after talking with Support, the USB ports work well and finally getting a couple of apps. Should have known since I owned Samsung's UN55F9000 2013 model that patience pays off when dealing with a newer product. Seems every time the software updates, the TV works better. Only time will tell...
